great convention center. amazing staff, especially Nicholas at the front desk & the manager of the convention food service & staff. wonderful convention food & service + accommodations. bar staff, food & drinks were also great. location was great and easy to find. plenty of outside food options within walking distance, and it was easy to navigate to the major local attractions. best pillows of any hotel, ever. tried to purchase but was denied. 😉

I like staying at this hotel and so far this one was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed. The cost of staying at this hotel is worth it. They have everything. Huge pool too. This hotel has the best value! Price and quality. My family and I were pleased with the service and we had a great time!

The interior was well put together everything looked nice the pool was clean and was not overwhelming with the smell of chlorine. And the fresh cookies at check in were an amazing surprise!!

Room was comfortable, fitness center and pool were great, location of hotel was in walking distance to stores and 15 min drive to Mall of America. Really enjoyed our stay.

It was nice and clean, great view, loved the pool and hot tub! It had a few restaurants around the area, along with places to get coffee. It was only 10 minutes from the mall of America and about 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis!

This was the best stay I have had in my adult life. I was traveling along with three children, and I felt safe and secure everywhere. The pool side room was very nice and handy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but great thing of all was the kindness and professionalism from the whole staff. I will be staying here every single time I return to the area!
