great convention center. amazing staff, especially Nicholas at the front desk & the manager of the convention food service & staff. wonderful convention food & service + accommodations. bar staff, food & drinks were also great. location was great and easy to find. plenty of outside food options within walking distance, and it was easy to navigate to the major local attractions. best pillows of any hotel, ever. tried to purchase but was denied. 😉

The interior was well put together everything looked nice the pool was clean and was not overwhelming with the smell of chlorine. And the fresh cookies at check in were an amazing surprise!!

It was nice and clean, great view, loved the pool and hot tub! It had a few restaurants around the area, along with places to get coffee. It was only 10 minutes from the mall of America and about 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis!

This was the best stay I have had in my adult life. I was traveling along with three children, and I felt safe and secure everywhere. The pool side room was very nice and handy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but great thing of all was the kindness and professionalism from the whole staff. I will be staying here every single time I return to the area!

The pool was not being used on Saturday evening, so it was like a private spa experience. It was quiet and comfortable in the hotel even though there was a huge event going on.

Most of the day it was quiet which was nice as I love my beauty sleep. The hot tub is nicely sized and perfect to relax in. The whole downstairs area, even though parts of it were under construction, was very nice to look at. If you can, stay on the higher leveled floors as the view of the sunset is amazing.
